Campus Crawl 2022
June 7th

We hope you enjoyed this year's edition
and hope to see you again next year!

General

After the online edition of the Campus Crawl last year, the new Campus Crawl organization is happy to announce that this year there will be a physical edition! The boards of the faculty bars and cafes came together to organize an amazing event. It will be the perfect opportunity to visit the /Pub, ‘de Atmosfeer’, Bar het Lab, ID Kafee, ‘t Lagerhuysch, PSOR, TPKV and X café in one evening!

The ticket of €8.00 will include entrance to all bars & 6 drinks!

Programme

There will be two groups (orange/blue). During each round, each group has its own 4 bars that they can visit. During this shift, you can get 3 drinks from 3 different bars of your choice (it is not possible to get multiple drinks from one bar). You can buy more drinks at each bar at your own costs!

You can pick up your ticket at your start cafe between 12:00-15:00 on the 7th of June. Let someone else pick up your ticket & coins if you are not available.

/Pub

Slash Pub logo

Welcome to the /Pub, the faculty pub of the EEMCS! The /Pub is managed by a board that consists of both CH and ETV members, who are tasked with keeping the /Pub up and running, and of course, serving beers at the bar! On each Wednesday and Thursday students and staff members join us at the bar below the faculty. Last year, the entire /Pub has been renovated and we now have a beautiful brand-new bar. Some traditional events at the /Pub are the /Pub Beer Cantus, New Year's drinks and a /Pub quiz! Next to these events, the /Pub also organizes events for first/second years, barkeepers and staff members! Being officially established in 2019, we are the youngest pub compared to all other faculty bars. However, the /Pub existed under a different name before, E-Kafee, which is actually the oldest pub on campus!

'De Atmosfeer'

Atmosfeer logo

‘De Atmosfeer’ is the bar of the study society VSV Leonardo da Vinci. Our bar is in the faculty building of Aerospace Engineering. All of the students and employees of the faculty come here after a day of hard work to enjoy a drink. ‘De Atmosfeer’ was transferred from the faculty management to the VSV eleven years ago and has since then been run by six or seven dedicated members of the VSV. The name ‘de Atmosfeer’ was also created then for five different reasons. Wanna know what they are? You can always ask one of the seven managers about it! You can recognize us by our white shirts and light blue ties. In a normal week we have open drinks on Friday until 9 and on Wednesdays until 12. We always have 7 different beers on tap and many more on bottle so there is something for everyone to enjoy. Come on by to give them all a taste!

Bar het Lab

Bar het Lab logo

Bar ‘t Lab is the bar of the faculty Applied Sciences. It is situated in the TNW south building, at the far end of the campus. The faculty, and with it the bar, is relatively new and has a modern vibe. The bar is governed by people of the study associations TG (MST & CE), Life (LST) and Hooke (Nanobiology). In corona free times every association hosts drinks one day of the week, for example Thursday for TG. On Fridays there’s often an open activity for the entire faculty. The bar is manned by the bartending committee of the study association of the day.

ID Kafee

ID Kafee logo

ID Kafee. For 50 years the place where students sneak a freshly tapped Grolsch towards the end of Wednesday, where pizzas are carried inside in large numbers and where 'LAATSTE RONDUUUH' manages to get the place completely quiet for a moment.
The place where people play table football until they drop, where ‘mooi’ is shouted repeatedly and where nothing or no one is considered to be weird. Just gezellig as it should be: a glass of beer in your hand while gabbing about life.
Mooi ID Kafee.

PSOR logo

PSOR (Personeels- en Studenten Ontspannings Ruimte) is the faculty café of the faculty for Civil Engineering and Geosciences.
It was founded in 1975 by a group of employees of the faculty. Since 2013, students have been involved with running the café and in 2017, students took over all responsibilities of the board and PSOR café is completely run by students.

In normal times, PSOR opens its doors every Thursday for a big group of students and staff members to enjoy one of our many craft beers, play a game of pool and enjoy our free cocktail nuts.
On sunny days, doors open towards the Mekelpark for people to enjoy their drinks in the sun on the grass.

Since 1968, TPKV is the place for Applied Physics students to grab a beer every Wednesday after a tough day at the faculty. The bar is runned by six dedicated members, who are also behind the bar often. With the feeling of a local bar, TPKV creates a gezellige vibe.
